<p>Excellent communication skills. Always contacted seller as soon as she had new information. Well advised as to what options were viable. Worked hard with seller to make dates and move out timing reasonable and practical. Negotiated to the best of her ability to sell the house.</p>

<p>Jennifer is by far the greatest person you can have in representing you. If it’s not her ability to go above and beyond for all her clients, it’s her honesty and intelligence that gives me confidence in saying she is the absolute best in what she does.</p> <p>In our home we battled it out in a multiple offer and succeeded. She was with me every step of the way and her market knowledge and negotiation skills were amazing. She was extremely easy to speak to and knew what I needed when I needed it. She was on MLS looking at homes for me the day we spoke and sent me 8 homes that night. When it came to looking at them she offered to drive since my car was in the shop.<br /> When it came to the sale of the home I could not have asked for a better person. At the end of the day it comes down to buying or selling the home, she is the reason I am living where I am living and I could not thank her more!</p> <p>It’s the amazing little things like her Cupcakes that sets her apart from others. She really is the whole package.</p> <p>I am asked to write a practical and objective review but there is literally nothing I can say that would give her less than 100% on any review.</p>
