Jen was a God-send during our long search (over 55 homes!) for a home that fitted our very specific needs. She was professional, patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Hard-working, she was always quick to respond, and had our back during negotiations. We really enjoyed working with her and have recommended her to others looking for a home. I recently purchased my first apartment, which can be quite daunting, and Jen made it much more of a pleasant experience - she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely thorough, honest, and kind, and she truly has her clients’ best interests in mind. Jen is very detail oriented and will highlight deficiencies that often go unnoticed - she has a keen eye and wants to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, not just right now but for years to come. Her integrity is hard to come by and I always felt like she was someone I could talk to and communicate with. She is professional and punctual and I would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Jennifer's professional, kind, and upbeat personality made the extremely daunting and stressful process of buying a home in the Lower Mainland manageable. Jennifer was right on the ball from day one. She came to our first meeting prepare with all the background information about past and current listings for simular units around ours and was very helpful in getting our place priced appropriately. The listing itself was above and beyond what I was expecting for a one-bedroom apartment and I'm sure it contributed to the quick sale.
