We used Janeen to sell our home and find our dream home. She was an outstanding realtor who made both processes very smooth and stress free. She went above and beyond every step of the way. She spent hours answering all our questions and providing objective data on comps in the area and additional data on houses sold in past year, and how long their listings typically stay on the market. Janeen’s expertise in her field gave us reassurance that we were well taken care of. She took extra steps many other realtors don't such has helping us stage our house with modern and elegant furniture pieces, and getting professional real estate photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and attracted many viewings and offers. At the same time we were looking for our dream home. Janeen took the time to understand exactly what kind of home we were looking for and all the essentials we couldn't live without. She used that knowledge to match potential properties to view. If we were extremely interested in viewing a house, she booked the view as soon as possible, sometime even last minute. She showed us many properties and was patient with us and never pressured us to buy quickly. She was thorough when viewing the properties and pointed out potential issues she saw as well. She used her connections with electricians and plumbers to find out the potential cost of repairs and if it’s worthwhile to purchase the property. After looking at many many houses, we found our dream home that checks all our boxes and we couldn't be happier. We recommended Janeen Tinker to everyone we know. She is an amazing realtor who will work VERY hard for each and every client. She is a genuine person, hard working and great at what she does. You will be hard pressed to find a better realtor to have in your corner.

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better realtor! From the start of our list for sale process, all the way through to the finalization, Janeen has been a dream to work with! We looked at a lot of properties before we decided on the purchase our new home and she was there along side of us the whole way. Her communication was great, she's extremely knowledgeable about properties being shown, and very calm and positive to communicate with. Janeen provides exceptional customer service and makes a tremendous effort to ensure every little detail is taken care of. While Janeen is very well organized and nice to deal with i also very much appreciate the discussions we had throughout every stage of the selling and buying process. The market was changing very quickly and it was important that our buying and selling price expectations were practical with what the market was offering. Janeen exceeded all my expectations.
