We just concluded our fourth transaction with Janeen. Twice I've sold places with her (house and condo) and twice we have bought places with her. Most recently it was a rapid buy of a new place and sell of our prior one. And again, I have nothing but good things to say including: She was thorough in her preparations and consultations with us. She was diligent in ensuring the time to market was right, and that the photographs and little details that make a difference, were taken care of. She was thorough in communications. I always knew what was going on, and she was prompt with responses to all inquiries. Janeen was also a real pleasure to deal with. She did an amazing job for us in the past and that made it an easy choice to work with her again. I thoroughly recommend Janeen - it just seems like she's always working a little bit harder for you.

All I can say is Wow. Janeen knows her real estate regulations and what’s involved with purchasing a condo in Edmonton. She goes above and beyond in answering our questions and looking into properties for us. The process was painless and she is so pleasant. Always friendly and quick to get responses back. If we sell and buy another property in Edmonton or surrounding area we will be using her services.
