This is my second time working with Jan and she never disappoints. She has been there for me on my journey from buying my first condo when I came to BC alone, to now buying my first townhome with my fiancé! Jan worked within our budget and our guidelines, and never said what we wanted was impossible. At every turn, she made sure she had our best interest at heart and also made sure we knew the goings on every step of the way and made sure we got a home we’re super excited about. I remain extremely lucky that I’ve gotten to work with Jan twice now and will always recommend her. She truly treats you like one of her own and will go to bat for you.
