I’m a young first-time home-buyer and Jan treated me like one of her own. From beginning to end, Jan reassured me she was in my corner and helping me every step away. I never felt misguided or misled, and knew I could always count on Jan to answer any questions I may have! I ended up purchasing a property under market value as well! Jan is quick, caring, patient and efficient, and I’m grateful that she was my first choice for a real estate agent!

I started working with Jan last year. Prior to that I have met many realtors, some of them extremely fancy and tried so much to build a relation with me as a buyer, but failed. Jan has one main factor that other realtors were lacking which is Empathy. She never tried to sell a place, but she focused a LOT of time (around 1.5 years), helping me figure out what I wanted. Sometimes as first time home buyers, its really hard. There are so many constraints, so many unknown factors, so many terms and conditions. Jan was patient to help me navigate through them all. She was more like a friend with Real estate license :) I would not have bought a place if it wasn't for her. She helped me understand whats best out in the market, help me guide and pivot through wrong choices, nudge whenever we find a best one. There has been so many instances were I gave up on buying because its so hard and so competative, but Jan was so patient with me. She gave me space when I needed to think about, guided me like a mentor and helped me get clarity to make righr decisions. I wish everyone was as Empathatic like her and understand that for many first time home buyers, its really not a business, but just getting a home in this insanely competitive market. Thank you Jan. I will always refer you to my friends and collegues.

We recently purchased our first condo with Jan's help. She helped us at every step, gave us the appropriate information at the right time and was always open for communication and gave us important advice, especilly during the negotiation process. She helped make the whole process a lot easier than what we imagined. We are definitely recommending her to anyone needing a very efficient realtor.
