Jamie was absolutely fantastic in helping us find our first home in Canada. He was very honest in his opinions, always available and most importantly made sure that we were not rushed in our decisions. Looking at houses with Jamie was like being shown around by a close friend who only wishes us well. He made sure that even in our haste to buy a house, we didn't waste money where it was not needed. He went above and beyond his role as an agent in our case for sure. Being new to Canada and not knowing anyone here never seemed to be an issue for us because Jamie was always there to point us in the right direction. He has a great personality and it was a real privilege working with him.Thanks Jamie!

In a tough condo market, Jamie was able to secure a buyer for the apartment condo very quickly with a quick possession date - just what we were looking for.

Jamie was great to work with. He helped us sell two houses and purchase/built another. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and always available when we had questions or concerns. It was a pleasure working with him.

TL,DR Version first- I cannot rave enough about Jamie’s knowledge, professionalism, and service. He made a potentially stressful move into an easy peasy sale and purchase of our (likely) forever home. 12 out of ten would use his services again. Goes above and beyond for his clients. Long version- I honestly didn’t want to like him from the start, as I wanted to hedge my bets, and see other realtors. But alas he was a perfect fit for us, and we didn’t even bother looking elsewhere. His knowledge of the market/sales, and insightful suggestions, got us more than our asking price. Once we started looking at properties, Jamie took us to as many houses we wanted to see, some repeatedly, always in contact with any of our issues, or questions. (I swear the man doesn’t sleep). Bottom line, we met as strangers, and now will continue on as friends. You will never find a better person for the job, this I assure you. Jamie if you are able to read this, thanks again for all your time and effort to make our move a reality. I’m sure we weren’t the easiest clients to deal with.

My experience with buying a home was made extremely comfortable by Jamie’s caring personality and motivation to help you find the house that’s fits you as well as your budget. My wife and I did not in anyway feel pressured to just buy a house from Jamie to have a quick sale. He was patient and gave us a number of options so we could make an informed choice. His attention to the needs of his clients is incredible and we felt very lucky and privileged to have him as our agent. It’s like looking for a house with a friend that really cares. After we found our dream house the service didn’t stop. He messaged us to see how we were settling in and to see if we were happy with our new home. If I ever buy another house I’m absolutely going to reach out to Jamie for help and guidance. I just want to say a big thank you to Jamie for helping us with one of life’s biggest purchases.
