<p>Newly single I was looking for a small but practical space to call my own. I’m so glad I hired Jamie. He helped sell my old house and helped me find a condo I loved in my area, a block from my family for a great price. In the shopping process, he met me in person to go to open houses until we found the perfect place. You can tell that Jamie is genuine and really cares about his clients. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.</p>

<p>Jamie is not the type to tell you a property is good when it has blatant problems. He will never encourage you to buy a home he would not consider living in himself.<br /> He is a very down to earth person who can keep emotions out of the purchasing equation. He will never pressure you to increase your offer for the sake of his commission or use salesman tactics to encourage you to make the purchase.<br /> We experienced both types of offers with Jamie, a bidding war and a counter offer situation. Jamie walked us through the procedures in both cases and negotiated on our behalf with the utmost success. He got the seller to concede on trying to counter offer and instead accept our offer as written.<br /> His moto is that nobody should over pay for a house, and his actions reflect this. If you are seeking a realtor who will save you money when buying a home, you should see Jamie.</p>

Jamie is a very friendly and outgoing individual who makes you feel at ease in what could be a very trying ordeal otherwise. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and continues to stay informed and takes initiative in bettering himself with the ever-evolving market. He is a very driven realtor who uses whatever tools are at his disposition to highlight your property assuring the necessary interest to attract as many potential buyers as possible! I was thoroughly impressed with how Jamie was able to make the whole process of selling an enjoyable experience. Selling is such a stressful thing to do & having Jamie guide us through made all the difference in the world! He has the ability to make you feel extremely relaxed even though there is nothing relaxing about selling a home. He is an extremely hard worker that is very good at what he does.
