There would be no way that I would have been able to stage and sell my place and handle the market without his experience, understanding of the market, keen eye, tireless effort and positive friendly attitude. When we were shopping for a house to buy, he’d arrange for showings that suited our needs working with other realtors even if he couldn’t make it, and we’d have very honest heart to heart talks to determine what we would be happy with and where. He doesn’t sell just to sell; James is a true professional with the client’s best interests at the heart of it which shows from his repeat business. I would not hesitate to refer James to anyone looking to buy or sell a property and meet whatever your goals may be. We are thrilled with our new home and looking back, am absolutely satisfied with what I got for my condo.

James is a knowledgeable, patient and fun realtor to work with. He is professional and offers in time listing with what I needed.
