Working with James on my first-time home purchase was an outstanding experience, and I can say without hesitation that I would not have been able to make it happen without his help. His deep knowledge of the market and genuine enthusiasm made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, despite it all being completely new to me. (He also knows quite a lot about home renovations! Very helpful, as I purchased my unit with the intention of giving it a face lift, something that has been made much easier with his guidance here, too.)

James was amazing and helped me find a place perfect for me. He helped me avoid a potentially expensive and difficult scenario when I was looking at one property with poor maintenance. I felt James completely had my best interest in mind during the entire process.

James was a delight to work with. I was connected to him through a friend, and I’m very glad I was. He’s very intuitive and has a strong sense for recognizing good opportunities. He’s incredibly responsive, often replying within seconds, which made a huge difference in a competitive market. He also made sure I was among the first to see the property I ultimately ended up buying. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how he took the time to guide me through the entire process. He helped me negotiate and provided thoughtful advice that made me feel confident in my decisions. James is also very well connected, and the inspector and lawyer he recommended were all a pleasure to work with. Even after the deal closed, he stayed in touch and continued to be supportive. I trusted him throughout the process and would absolutely recommend working with him.

James helped me buy my first home! He was incredibly helpful in walking me through the process, listening to my needs and preferences, and take the time to show me multiple homes in North Vancouver. I would absolutely recommend James!

James helped us find the perfect home for our family and our newest addition. He did an excellent job of knowing what we were looking for and quickly understood our priorities and was able to tailor our visits accordingly, while also keeping us open minded and seeing various options and locations. Our visit time was used efficiently; it felt like every visit we did was worthwhile and allowed us to see multiple options on the market. Overall we’re extremely happy with the whole process and would have never imagined it could go so smoothly!

We cannot recommend James highly enough. We have many years of dealing with the real estate market and James has been very informative and was alwsys available, extremely efficient, and has an extensive knowledge of the real estate market, at any given time. James sold our condo in a short period of time and on an extremely challenging market.to the first offer that we received. We were so impressed with James that, for the first time, we did not feel it was nrcesssty to interview 3 potential agents. We would have James represent us, in the future, for any real estate needs.
