Jake was very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. He made time for everyone involved in the process of buying the house and even set up additional viewings of the property when everyone could not be there at the same time. He also returned phone calls on the same day. Jake was nice to my whole family even my young kids when looking at houses. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone who is looking for an agent. He takes time and does very intensive research on all properties you are interested in. He was aware of school districts and which schools had good reputations. Overall I was very satisfied with Jake in our purchase of a new home.
