My husband and I have bought and sold a few properties over the years. We don't like pushy, in your face agents, and we certainly don't believe they get better results for you. Jake is very affable, but also knowledgeable and efficient. He brings a quiet excellence to his role. We would not hesitate to recommend Jake to anyone who is looking to sell or purchase a property in the Vernon area.

As someone who works in the mortgage industry I have had many experiences with local realtors, both good and bad. When it came time for us to list our personal home there was no question who we were going to hire to represent us. Jake Russell is the most professional, capable realtor in the Vernon area in my opinion. Our experience with him was a 10/10 the whole way through. Not only is he knowledgeable in local real estate, he is very genuine. He works for you and your family while heartedly. There was never a single instance where I was wondering what was going on or what the next steps were, because he kept us so well informed. This was our first time selling and purchasing a home at the same time, and what I thought would be a stressful transaction was smooth from beginning to end. We highly recommend Jake to anyone looking for an honest and hard working realtor.

Jake 是一位很负责任，对待事情认真的经纪人。我在Kelowna选择公寓的时候每一次他都会从Vernon专门开车过来陪我们查看公寓地点，而且会提供很多买房时有用的建议。由于我们是第一次买房，许多相关的知识都不太了解，Jake会专门抽出时间给我们讲解详细的事宜，从房屋朝向，位置的选择到物业合同，每一项他都会让我们在了解之后才做出选择。我的英文水平不是很高，但Jake每次解释事情都是用很浅显易懂的语言说给我听，如果不懂他会有耐心的解释很多遍，基本上沟通没有任何问题。公寓交易完成之后他也在积极的帮助我们，帮我们联系他知道的电工，油漆工，价格也十分的实惠。总而言之，如果在Kelowna或Vernon有购房或卖房的需求，我认为Jake是一个很好的经纪人，他会尽他所能的帮助他的客户，我们在几年之后如果要卖掉这个公寓的话还是会找他做我们的经纪人。 We really had a great experience buying home for the first time with Jake. He helped us with many things, like going over the strata documents,understanding the contract, what kind of insurance should we look for, and so on. He also took our needs into consideration when looking for an apartment for us. We would definitely recommend Jake as a realtor if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

Jake was so great for us! We were new to the Vernon area and also first-time homebuyers. Jake was incredibly patient and offered a lot of support during our house hunt. His availability is outstanding! We really enjoyed our time with Jake and appreciated his easy-going, down-to-earth, genuine personality. He knows a lot about the area and has good knowledge of the neighbourhoods and the community. This is important given that we weren't entirely sure about where we wanted to be. It was difficult for us to figure out exactly what we wanted and we never felt pressured by Jake to choose something that wasn't right for us. We really appreciated the positivity and ease he brought to this process - definitely recommend working with him!
