We could have been any agent's nightmare...we viewed so many properties and made offers and in the end withdrew one offer—it was for our best interests to do that. Through every twist and turn and a few surprises, Guy was patient, encouraging, professional, calm, kind, respectful and supportive. We honestly don't think any other agent would have done nearly as much for us as he did. If there were six stars, I would give him that extra one—he was above and beyond all we expected.

Great interaction with Guy and his experience. Great communication skills and has a very good knowledge of different communities around Calgary. He did really well for us negotiating as well as writing specific clauses in the contract to make sure we were protected. All in all a great experience selling our first home and buying our second. Highly recommend!!

Guy went above and beyond his duty. We have considered him family and completely trust him with our purchase. He asked questions we wouldn't have asked, rephrased questions so we could get the answers we needed, and made sure that we were satisfied with the property before making an offer. His patience is astounding and we were grateful for all of his assistance in making this long process less stressful. 100% will use again, except he found us a great property we needed, so probably won't move again.
