This is your Guy!!! When thinking of selling or buying your home, Guy is absolutely amazing to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, and with his vast experience, and his ability to make a fast and fruitful sale makes him a great real estate agent. We used Guy for the sale of both of our homes. Guy has the knowledge to market a house for a quick sale. Our first house sold in one weekend, and our second house in just under 2 weeks. The professional photography services was amazing and both of our homes showed beautifully. He was always on call for us and went out of his way to go the extra mile for us, as I am sure he does for the rest of his clients. Guy was an absolute breath of fresh air to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable as well as well versed and experienced as a real estate agent. From the first phone call upon reaching out he was super helpful and interested in getting to know what we wanted, what we were looking for etc. We used Guy for both the sale and purchase of a new house. Guy also has knowledge of how to market a house for sale properly and uses very good professional photography services. He is also very specific in how to make/keep a home “show ready” which is so helpful since there are so many things you don’t think about when showing a home and it was much appreciated how much advice he gave with what to have out vs. what to “put away”. He was always attentive to us via email, phone, text or in person and very quickly as well. Guy was also very helpful and always willing to help us do things around the house and to help us move things out of the way, helped us wipe things down etc. Guy always goes the extra mile for his clients and his passion in his job definitely shows. We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent to work with and represent us. He also knows very reputable people/companies to recommend for almost any trade you need throughout the entire process!
