Graeme was very proactive, responsive, attentive, and caring in his approach with me as a client, along with all the professional expertise and timely execution one would expect for real estate transactions. I had an extremely difficult rental property sale that was both emotionally and financially stressful due to strained tenancy. Our family is expanding in 2024 which means we are needing more space. It’s been taking us awhile to get things going in terms of selling and looking for a new place. It’s abit stressful looking and selling in this high rate environment. Graeme and his Partner Violet were very easy to deal with, they made us feel comfortable and explained the entire process to us. We didn’t feel pressure or rushed. He helped us schedule open houses and attended them with us and gave us advice and recommendations at each viewing. He helped us secure an amazing offer on our new home with subject to sale! Which is rare now a days. Him and his team quickly helped us stage our condo and list our condo for sale. Private viewing and Open house was in the following week. He was very professional and worked very hard to help us get the best offer we could get. He even went back to the home purchase offer to see if they can reduce their price further to amend any difference we had between purchase and sale. We really appreciate the smooth process and being able to ask any questions that come to mind. We felt safe and taken care of. We would definitely put our trust in him again in the future and referral our family and friends.
