My wife and I are expecting a baby so we needed to upsize. We had a very tight time frame to deal with to sell 2 condos and buy a townhouse; met them in February and needed to get all of this done by end of May since the in laws are coming in June and baby arriving in July. Graeme and his partner Violet had worked together to guide us through this journey and in a bit over 2 months we've done it! They've helped us sell both of the property and bought our new home well within our expectations. Most importantly, both of our properties were sold at asking price and they've helped us negotiate a large discount on the purchase. They've also gave extremely helpful market updates and keeping us constantly updated so we felt at ease during this very stressful time!
