I was fortunate to have met Gord Waites when I was starting a search for a waterfront home. Gord and his partner Tracy Tennant were incredibly helpful in myriad ways that I hadn't anticipated. When I found the perfect home, they helped me get my condo ready to sell, and spent a great deal of unexpected time and energy staging it and helping me plan my move. The condo sale went well and Gord was there through all of it giving me encouragement and advice. I felt incredibly lucky to have met Gord and Tracy. Gord and Tracy helped us to sell an old family cottage in 2018, and then to buy a new cottage before the year was out. I was impressed by the work Gord and Tracy did to stage our cottage for sale. They identified numerous ways to improve the overall appearance, including minor repairs and storage of clutter at their own expense. The price established for the listing generated a lot of interest and some competing offers. I think the marketing was bang on. We will seek Gord and Tracy’s assistance for any future real estate needs in the Muskoka and adjoining areas.
