Because they have lived and worked in the Muskoka area for years they really understand the market and timing. They thoroughly inspected our home to point out all of the upgrades and important features in order to accurately provide a listing price. They were extremely helpful in the setup/staging suggestions for our property in order to attract the maximum number of potential buyers. The pictures for the listing were done by a professional photographer and the glossy brochure they provided for prospective purchasers helped to showcase the features of the cottage. They held an agent open house before the property went on MLS to help drive interest. We had several showings on the first two days of the listing and received a full price offer on the second day. Gord and Tracy provided us with support through the entire transaction to ensure the sale closed on time and hassle-free. They were even able to find us our next property to purchase.
