Selling a house during a pandemic was made much more comfortable and smoother with Gary Pannu; we listed our home in February with Purple brick, and the house was on the market for eight weeks, but there were no showings, and the same time, Gary listed a house on our street and sold for more than asking in a week. But we decided to stay put till next year, but when Gary approached us a month ago on the door and shared the market states with us, we were surprised. We had decided to listen to what he has to say, and we decided right away that - Gary is the realtor that we are going to list our house. We tried Purple Bricks to begin with. Although our house was very marketable, that flopped badly. It was listed for 3 weeks and 1 showing. Gary listed a similar house around the corner from us and sold it in 5 days. We met with Gary right away to see if he could work his magic on our house. Gary is a true proffessional that knows his business and his market. We had constant showings and the market got very busy in our area. With all the for sale signs going up, by multiple Brokerages, Gary had our house sold n two weeks. I would easily recommend Gary to get your house sold!
