I met Gary outside my driveway on very wintery day while I was shovelling snow. Gary was out knocking on my neighbour’s door following up on a previous contact. Gary was very pleasant and introduced himself and asked if I was interested in selling my home. At the time I wasn’t ready to sell but that didn’t deter Gary from telling me what he could do with a sale and later closing. Needless to say that wasn’t the last I heard from Gary. He followed up later that day and to thank me for our brief conversation. A week later he called me again and after some investigation and research on my part I told him I may list my home with another company and he could entertain selling the property as well. Within a day Gary called and booked an appointment to chat and go over some details. Two days later before the home was placed on MLS a potential buyer came by pre-listing and made an offer all due to Gary and his contacts. 24 hours later my home was sold well over what our asking price.
