<p>I was disappointed that the agent offered to "stage" our home and have it cleaned by a crew but after we signed an agreement the agent asked that we pay for the staging which we refused so we got minimal staging at the agents cost. the cleaning crew consisted of one of the home owners and a friend of hers, who the agent did pay for 2 hours work but the cleaning was less than what was expected or was offered. The agent did a lot of work on materials for the sale and on the internet but did not once show the house.</p>
