Gail did an awesome job in reading the current market, then selecting an attractive price for a property which does not have many comparables. Gail suggested several areas to prepare the property for optimum showing. Early signage was posted. COVID precautions were an important point in preparation for viewing. She marketed the property on Facebook, MLS, and with her existing clients. Now the good part. She had garnered huge interest, then she and her team ensured the flood of prospective buyers had an opportunity to view the property. Offers were collected and reviewed per the listing timelines. The property was sold over list with a closing date we are very happy with. I will never buy or sell a property without Gail as my Real Estate representative.
