Gail was outstanding. She understood my needs as a seller as well as those of prospective buyers. She has a wealth of old school industry knowledge but also is very adept at using new platforms such as social media to get the saturation you need as a client. Gail is an absolute professional and yet manages to be personable, approachable, honest and straightforward. The bottom line is that she worked very hard for me and produced results that I am very happy with. I am very thankful that Gail is my agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Gail!

Gail really was amazing from start to finish! My home sale happened during a really stressful time in my personal life and Gail made the sale an easy process for me with her professionalism, experience, knowledge and excellent communication skills. She really did exceed my expectations and helped make would could have been a difficult situation end positively with a closing sale price way over asking and an Agent I now consider a friend. If you need a Realtor there really is nobody better :)

I don’t usually write reviews, but Gail Scheepers was absolutely fabulous with helping sell our home. I can’t say enough. Gail was supportive, patient, not pushy, professional, and overall great to work with. When we hit a hiccup, she was right there to talk it over and come to a resolution. Gail guided us the whole way and when we were ready, she immediately helped organize the cleaners, the stager, photographer, work with us on the price, complete the write up and get it listed. I still have difficulty believing how quickly she made things happen and when she said “trust me on this” we did, and it paid off as she was able to get us way over asking!
