We met Fuad through an open house. Shortly after we met, we sat down and went through selling process with him. Fuad worked hard to get our condo sold almost instantly at a good price, despite other units in our building sitting on the market and not selling. Fuad does go above and beyond. He's a really great person at heart and he's also an amazing realtor. That's an unusual combination in his line of work. He set us up with a staging consultation that helped us to see our property from a buyer's point of view and guided us in making some strategic updates that would show the property in its best light.
