Fuad helped us sell our condo and purchase a detached home in Vaughan. The process was extremely smooth from beginning to end. We could not have asked for a better realtor to work with during what can become highly stressful and emotional times. Fuad has extensive knowledge of Vaughan market and surrounding areas. He never got tired of our questions, gave us thoughtful advice, responded at all hours of the day/night, and worked hard to ensure we were happy with our decisions. We were impressed by his professionalism and the marketing material he creates. He goes beyond doing his job of helping you with the process, he connects with you and becomes a person that you trust. If you need an agent in the Vaughan area, I can't recommend Fuad enough!
