Fuad is a consummate professional and a real pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a new home. We recently moved to Canada and we were looking for our new home in Toronto. Fuad was extremely helpful, providing us with all the necessary guidance to help us navigate the local real estate market. Always available, almost 24/7, he always took the time to reply to our questions (sometimes very late at night), giving us insights on each home we were considering, really helping us during the whole process. Very knowledge and super friendly (never pushy), Fuad paid attention to all our requests, down to every single detail and went above and beyond to deliver for us. In the end, we found the home we were looking for, he helped us negotiate a price we were comfortable with, and again went the extra mile, helping us to arrange for the home inspection, the lawyer etc. As a new immigrant, he made our life so much easier with his professionalism, friendly attitude, and availability. The definition of white glove service! Business aside, Fuad is a great guy, reliable, genuine, he cares about the people he works with and the outcomes. We were lucky to found him and we’re very grateful for his help. If you just moved to Canada, don’t look any further, as far as I’m concerned, there is only one broker in town. Thanks Fuad!

We’re so glad we got to know Fuad and hired him as our realtor. He’s an amazing professional. Very experienced in his field and with extensive knowledge of the market, who gradually becomes more than simply an agent to you. We were looking for our first home for a long time, and Fuad showed great patience with us. He wasn’t rushy or pushy at all, always made sure he made us feel comfortable with our decisions and choices, and this is very important - to make the client feel comfortable and not push on their decisions. He also always answered all of our questions thoroughly, and we had never felt that he tried to get off the phone fast even for once. What we also liked about him was the fact that he had a good idea to important details: he would notice some little things about the houses we were seeing that we didn’t notice or paid attention to, but that were very important in making decisions. Having this knowledge, he also gives good and practical advices on possible renovation options within the potential house if desired by the client. All in all, we would highly recommend Fuad as your realtor and will definitely send our friends and family to him!
