Erin has more than exceeded our expectations in the purchase of our last two homes and in the recent sale of our current house. In June 2021, Erin effectively advocated in order to help us attain a win during a time of market frenzy. She worked quickly, was highly organized, and didn’t miss a beat with her communication. In the purchase of our most recent home in June 2022, Erin, once again went beyond expectations. She was proactive, practical, and diligent in taking care of every detail. Her professionalism and knowledge allowed us to rest assured knowing that we were in solid hands. When we decided to sell our home of 17 years in July 2022, we were faced with a rapidly falling market, and a recent significant increase in mortgage rates. This made for a tricky situation. Erin, however, took the reins and went into high gear. Her exceptional marketing and strong negotiating skills, resulted in a highly desirable offer in less than 24 hours. Erin is AMAZING - we bought at the height of the market, and she managed to get us the second place we bid on, when there were 13 other offers to compete with (all without going over our comfortable max price). We then sold after an interest rate hike, which had a cooling effect on the market, and when other comparable places were not selling -- she managed to get us 3 offers, and we sold with our ideal closing date. She is a savvy negotiator, and made the process as stress-free as possible. She cares so much about her clients, is an absolutely delightful and positive person to work with, and I could not recommend her more.

A couple of months prior to our arriving on the island and after multiple phone conversations and e-mails, Erin compiled our search criteria for a property which helped ease us into the crazy out of control Victoria market. On our initial meeting... Erin made us all feel at ease, she is very friendly, outgoing and energetic. Erin walked us through quite... a few more properties via video and did not hesitate to answer any questions we had ( which were a lot ) and very honestly pass on her gut feelings on the walk-through's, which we whole heartedly trusted. Erin is such an excellent realtor. I went through a few different realtors during my home search before settling on her. She is so responsive and on it, which is particularly important in this fast paced market. I've had experiences with other realtors where it felt like they were simply telling me what I wanted to hear and nudging me to make offers on houses I wasn't too fond off. Erin on the other hand genuinely wants you to end up in nothing less than your dream home and she will put in the time and effort to make sure that happens.
