Ed did an outstanding job in selling my home! His process during the listing phase (looking at comparables, high lighting special features of the home, commenting on how to visually stage your home, or how to tweak it, with the end result to get you the most value out of your home. Once listed, Ed is in constant communication with you when a request for a viewing requested and most importantly, the feedback from each viewing. Ed is always available and promptly returns phone calls. He is a true professional and an expert in his field. I would highly recommend him.

He was super on it....I was so a tough client I must confess, and the rental property in question was annoying....but Ed got the job done, drove my lazy butt forward, and got me out.....Would happily re use him for future rentals!

We bought house and sold with this gorgeous man. He has a great understanding of what we want, respects our opinions with details, n hard works in a formal manner sincerely. From our experience, he is exceptional in using the latest technology to improve the quality of customer service with excellent taste.
