His process during the listing phase (looking at comparables, high lighting special features of the home, commenting on how to visually stage your home, or how to tweak it, with the end result to get you the most value out of your home. Once listed, Ed is in constant communication with you when a request for a viewing requested and most importantly, the feedback from each viewing. Ed is always available and promptly returns phone calls. He is a true professional and an expert in his field. I would highly recommend him.
