Dorothy was amazing to work with! Her experience and know-how was apparent from our very first meeting with her. She made the process easy. She gave excellent advice, she was patient with us, addressed our questions and concerns promptly, and was fair and honest. She worked hard and gave our childhood home the attention we felt it deserved. Our house was sold two days after it was listed and we received over our asking price. Not bad for a house that was less than 900 square feet! If you are looking for someone who can get you the results that you want, she is your agent! She is knowledgeable, down to earth, strategic, and efficient!

Dorothy went far above and beyond to help us sell our home in April 2021. We were selling at a time when the pandemic impacted how you could list, show and even sell your house. Dorothy found creative solutions to everything, including giving good advice on how to style our home for the virtual tour. Dorothy always came prepared with the answers to our questions and solid market research. This enabled us to make good decisions with lots of proven facts. On top of all the reasons Dorothy was exceptional to work with, she let me engage my teenagers in the process. We had worked hard to renovate our home and make it a beautiful home for a new owner. But... Dorothy let the kids sit in on every meeting. She answered their questions with the same consideration she would have for me. Most importantly, Dorothy let them learn exactly what it takes to sell (and buy) a new home. These are life lessons you can only gain through hands on experience and she embraced our way of doing things. THANK YOU doesn't begin to express my appreciation.
