Our relationship with Dorothy dates back 22 years when we chose to sell our city home and move to a more country setting. Dorothy was extremely patient with us as we looked at numerous properties throughout the region. She was quick to schedule our viewings and quick to respond to any of our inquiries. She helped us stay positive throughout our search and never pressured us to make any decisions we weren’t ready for. With her assistance and guidance, did find our forever home in Skead. Dorothy is a friendly person. It's easy to talk to her. She answers all your questions in very simple terms. She knows the Sudbury real estate market like the back of her had. She explains every step she takes to come to a fair market price evaluation of your home. However, she lets you make the final decision. She's flexible in setting meeting times and is never late. She's very mindful of your needs. She provides names of professionals who can help you sort, pack and dispose your personal belongings if you require help.
