We would like to thank Don for his quick, efficient with a very impressive well organized systematic approach presenting our property to the real estate market which produced a excellent outcome in a very short period time. We would certainly recommend Don to others and use him again. The great thing with Don he did not create unrealistic expectations.

The market was perfect for Selling by Owner, however, despite having several people come through our doors over a two week span we did not get any offers. We called Don Cholak and after one week we not only got an offer but it was over asking. Our house is sold and we couldn't be more impressed with Don.

He has done a great job!! Would hire him again, was good from start to Sold….. the Sold sign looks good in the front yard. Don is a great guy that helped us to sell our older smaller home. He kept us in the loop and was able to sell it for close to asking price. He offered suggestions with minor repairs which we gladly did.
