We first met Don when we were looking at condos. We chose a particular building and had specific requirements. After 2 - 3 years the desired condo didn't come on the market. There were some challenges and Don used his expertise to guide us through successfully. Originally, I had someone interested in a private sale. It didn't work out. Financially it was to my benefit.
