Working with Devin was terrific. Devin is very professional and knowledgeable. We established a great rapport with him, which helped create a great experience. We met him in January to get to know him a little and tell him how we planned to sell our condo and purchase a single-family home. Devin did a fantastic job working with us in selling our property for a fair price. The condo market has not been great the past few years (we had other realtors turn us down because they didn't feel the sale would be "worth it"), but Devin took us on, and we sold our place in FIVE DAYS! We had many viewings, much more than any of us anticipated. Devin took the time to figure out staging the condo with us and explained the do's and don'ts. When it comes to the buying part of our journey, Devin was always there for us and was responsive to all our requests, which was terrific. Devin was never pushy or made me feel like I was wasting his time, which meant a lot to me. We finally found our house last month, and the process was smooth.

A friend gave me Devon’s name when I needed a realtor to help me explore the Edmonton real estate market on a holiday trip to Edmonton. Devon patiently accommodated my requests to see house after house even though I explained we might not make Edmonton our home. We did find that perfect house though and Devon and his team at the Mogul Realty Group were able to help me purchase the Edmonton house from Toronto. I was very impressed by Devon's superb listening skills in assessing our needs and his deep knowledge of houses and the Edmonton housing market. I also loved that the Mogul Realty Group had other experts on their team to answer technical questions and guide me through the property purchase. I learned a lot and valued Devon’s professionalism and calm demeanour. And after closing, Devon delivered a beautiful gift basket with unique items based on our casual conversations while viewing houses. He feels more like a friend than a realtor … probably the best friend one could ask for when purchasing a house! I whole-heartedly recommend Devon and the Mogul Realty team and will definitely engage their services again.

Devin and Tracie Gray at Mogul, did a great job for us in a full purchase, reno, stage, sell, then handover. I would not hesitate recommending them, we basically didn't do much other than sign papers, and collect our profit at the end of the job. Great work.
