My wife and I worked with Devin for over a year looking for that perfect house we can call home. Devin was very patient with us as our schedule can be quite hectic and we live out of the province. We flew in a couple times to look at houses, Devin always shuffled his schedule around to make himself available to view houses. In the rare case he was out of town, he had another agent available to show us properties. He presented all our offers to sellers and always made insightful suggestions.
