<p>Charles and Derek are an amazing team and would never go elsewhere. Charles has the year and years of experience and having that professionalism has tought his skills to his son Derek. They are both very different people but work amazing with anyone. Charles was able to help me sell my home years ago even with me living over seas. Then 2 years ago both Charles and Derek help us buy our current home here in Kelowna. And we even purchased our new home sight un seen. They knew what we liked and wanted. When we finally moved back to Kelowna and saw our new house, they nailed it. It was better than we imagined. They understood what we wanted and expected. They are very professional and make buying or selling a home easy and non stressful. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling. They don't seem like agents to us, they are now our extended family.</p>
