<p>Derek was amazing and very thorough. We were moving from a different town into Kelowna. Upon our initial meeting we liked his mannerism and how Derek carried himself with a pleasant confidence ( I can see he had a great coach in Charles).<br /> Derek spent the next few weekends and a few weeknights with us working with our tight schedule as we commuted in from Vernon for viewings.<br /> I recall one incident where I had changed my mind about viewing a certain place. Rather then be upset with me for the time he invested in setting up this viewing he just made a call and cancelled the appointment. I had experienced a similar occurrence once before in the past in the lower mainland and the other agent did not conduct themselves as well as Derek did. I would gladly use his services again in the future and would also highly recommend team Martin for their professionalism work ethic patience and kindness.</p>
