Denise went above and beyond, especially as I was on the mainland looking to purchase on Vancouver Island. She listened to my needs and wants, and easily changed take with me as I came to really understand what I wanted. She was knowledgeable when looking at the current state of the building; windows, roof, crawlspace etc. which was a big help as it has been 32 years since I last purchased a home. I have absolutely no problem recommending Denise, and have done so already.

Honesty is that I share with Denise. She has been honest to me along the way particularly in my new purchased home where was very transparent of the issues in the house. Also what I appreciate from Denise is her patience. she has been patient to find a home that is right for me so I didn't feel the pressure to make a bad decision.

Because Denise was so quick to respond she found me my forever home and would recommend her as she is thorough and knows what she’s doing.

Denise was Efficient, effective and attentive. I appreciated her quick communication & excellent service. The references for legal council and a photographer to photograph the unit were top quality.

Even though I knew I was not quite ready to buy a home just yet I knew I would be in the near future. She answered my like on fb right away, I did tell her I wasn't ready just yet and when I was I would call her back. I did just that a few months later and I can tell you, best decision I made. She listened to me, was understanding and when I was not sure or understood what was happening She took the time to explain things to me. She helped me find a mortgage broker who as well was wonderful to work with. She made things easy and understanding. When Denise was working alongside me she devoted all her time for me and was always on time. With the houses flying off the market so quickly She also agreed to show me a home an hour away from my home at 8pm...didn't even blink an eye. I can honestly say how grateful I am in looking at one of her listings on fb because if I didn't, I would have never met this wonderful person. As I have always said.. "it was meant to be"</p>

When we first started looking for property within the Parksville area it became clear that a house would be more to our liking than a condo. Trying to find something with a view of the ocean and price affordability proved to be a challenge. We needed a realtor who was honest and familiar with the area. Who would help guide us in the direction and area that would suit us best. Denise was able to find a home with great bones and a view!
