Denise probably showed us a couple dozen different places, which had to have been as frustrating for her as it was for us during the pandemic craziness of buying real estate. She never lost her cool. We first met Denise at an open house approximately one year before we actually became active purchasers and were so impressed by her knowledge, professionalism and warm personality, that it was a no-brainer reaching out to her when we were ready to take the plunge. We would recommend Denise highly. We arrived from out of province and the agent we had arranged to meet the following day texted us at the airport that he was no longer available. In spite of it being a long weekend Denise rearranged her schedule and showed us all the properties we were interested and more. She described neibourhoods accurately which was crucial for a couple retiring in a new area. She was with us every step of the way upon negotiating a fair price in an ever changing market and explaining the steps a long the way.
