She’s very honest Wants the best for seller Wiling to help when a disaster happens- inspector flooded our accessible shower as he walked away while water was flowing from the showers created a mess in the basement which we arranged tradesmen to repair. Deb helped cover some costs that the inspector refused to cover from his error in leaving water running and walking away prior to noticing that water was not draining properly which caused a stressful situation for both us the seller & the buyer.
