Deb is very knowledgeable, she pretty much has right answers for my questions, She is there most of the time when needed, even extends her working hours for clients. She is honest, approachable and professional to deal with. I highly recommend her👍.

This experience was very stressful for me. Everytime we talked I would feel confident that our home of 30 years was in good hands. Unfortunately I had to ask some things of her that I really thought was out of her scope of work but she never hesitated to help. She was never hard to get a hold of. She never rushed me when I did phone. She always made me feel I was important even though there was time I felt I was a nuisance. I also loved that she had feelings when something looked good but didn't go through. She did celebrate with us when it did sell.

Deb Stevens with Remax gave excellent exposure on my home. She listed it on 5 or 6 sites and sent a review of the number of hits on each site. She also checked in with me intermittently to see if I had any concerns. I was trying to sell in the ‘dead of winter’, and although some of our bookings canceled out, Thankfully it sold to the first person who came to look for the price I was needing. It’s true it only takes one buyer, but it’s not often that it happens that fast. Deb is a deeply prayerful person who works hard for sellers and buyers alike. She shows great care and compassion for her clients. I have found Deb to be great at matching up needs so that both buyer and seller are pleased.
