<p>Professionally speaking, Deb Duncan of Crown Remax and the Craig Adam Real Estate Team worked for our interests on both sides of our home purchase and sale. We met her when we bought in 2010 and had no reservations about who would look after our needs in selling. She is on top of each issue that comes up and always has a plan to move forward. Selling in a market that is tight was not an obstacle. Deb prepared us for the market and provided great advice that led to a sale higher than listing price and in a really short period of time. Amazingly, Deb out performed her own expectations and blew ours out of the water!!!</p> <p>On a personal level, her efforts reflect who she is as an individual.
