Deb Duncan recently helped my wife and I to buy our dream home. She was fast, professional, responsive, and knowledgable. Our current real estate market is tough, and she helped us navigate through competing offers and multiple inspections, as well as provided lots of additional information about what to expect throughout the experience. We also needed to negotiate for a price reduction after one of the inspections. Deb helped us to come to a fair agreement with the sellers.
