Buying and/or selling a house can be a stressful experience for many. That being said, my husband and I found Deb to be simply amazing. She is professional, personable and authentic. My husband and I have been anxiously waiting to move across the province with our young baby, as he works away. Deb was able to keep us (mostly me lol) at ease in selling our house, and reminded me that we would soon be together. As a new mom, I truly valued that so much. Thanks for making this such a smooth process Deb and getting my family together!

Excellent service from the very first phone call to Deb. I called expecting to get a voice mail or someone in her office but she answered my call. We spoke for approximately 15 minutes as she helped narrow down what my wife and I were looking for. A few days later she had a viewing list assembled and we arranged to see the properties. Deb was very knowledgeable and insightful about the area we were looking in which really helped. She was always available when I had questions or needed clarification. I highly recommend her.

Deb helped me sell my father's home after he died unexpectedly in early 2022. She came over and gave us good advice when we called, as we were cleaning up and clearing out all the "treasures" that a my Dad had accumulated over the years. We immediately felt comfortable with her. She was friendly, very knowledgable and devoted to constantly adding to her professional expertise, interested in each property , learning all she can about it and exploring the available options for its particular circumstances. She appreciated and admired the renovation and woodwork my father had done in the house, with ornate doors of different types. She understood and supported that we find a purchaser who was not likely to replace it all with whatever was modern and in style. She had a drone take aerial photos to show off the location and view from the house. She went to research something at City Hall to know about options for the city owned adjacent lot , which was inaccessible from anywhere but the lot for my Dad's home. She knew what to do when selling a house in an estate before probate is granted. We needed to get a special form signed by all the beneficiaries when selling within 180 days of the grant being issued. She knew what to list at, given the current market, got plenty of viewings and good offers, and didn't push us at all. The house sold for a great price, on the third good offer, to a family with a little girl who would have the bedroom with the split dutch doors. They are delighted to get this home across the street from their young son's best friend. Deb goes the extra mile. She made the offer one that lets us leave most of the contents in the house. she is retrieving the items that my family wants and bringing them to Calgary, when she comes here next month. I have not met anyone who loves and lives her job more than Deb. We are forever grateful for her help at this difficult time and couldn't be happier with her service.
