There is no other way to describe Deb throughout our selling process as fantastic. From her free valuation meeting we felt so at ease with her that it was any easy choice to sign on having her as our agent. Throughout the process she was in lockstep with what our expectations were. Also during the era of COVID-19, she ensured that sanitization and masks were available for other agents and prospective buyers, also establishing a process where touch points were minimal and easily sanitized when we re-entered our home. Her communication was top notch, never failing to ensure we were kept abreast of any developments on a timely basis. Also she was instrumental in helping us through the E- signing of documents, ensuring not only we need what we were doing but explaining what we were signing. All in all I cannot imagine having a better or more dedicated agent, who also made the stress of selling and moving much easier for us.
