Dawna is amazing! She has helped my husband and I buy and sell our first home. She takes the time to find out what you really want and need and then makes it happen for you. We were so lucky to have her and would recommend her 1000 times over!

Dawna is so approachable, friendly, accommodating and is also honest. She won't just tell you what you want to hear! She will sell your house and will work to find you what you are looking for in a new home. She is extremely responsive to messages and has a wonderful assistant helping her get the job DONE. I would recommend her 100%.

Dawna was down to earth, and easy to communicate with throughout my entire experience - I always felt as though she was transparent with me and was looking out for my best interests. She went above and beyond to help me get the house I wanted, by thinking outside the box. When things took an unexpected turn, Dawna was calm and collected. Her knowledge, experience, and confidence were very reassuring for me.

Dawna was excellent! Not only that she guided us through the real estate process in a market we were not that familiar with (we bought online as we were forced by the COVID epidemiological circumstances) but she actually helped us with the set-up logistics: she waited for the movers to drop our furniture, helped us getting a tenant downstairs, and helped us have the internet se-up! We didn’t know anyone in the city and we couldn’t have managed to do this move, from Toronto to Halifax, without her help. Dawna was always available to answer our questions and she was always frank when we were seeing houses online- meaning, she would tell us up front if something is overpriced and we shouldn’t go further with an offer. And more importantly, the house we ended up buying- we actually negotiated it down, this in a market where almost every property in South End Halifax goes through a bidding war! It was a pleasure to work with Dawna and will contact her anytime again when the time comes to sell!

Dawna is an absolute pleasure to work with. What makes her stand out among other agents is that she always gets back to you ridiculously fast. No matter what time of day I have a question, I know I can message her and expect a response quickly. Besides her ability to get back to you promptly every time, her patience is unmatched and I've never felt rushed or pressured. Looking forward to many more transactions with Dawna! :)
