We first met Dawna Candelora when purchasing our first home in Dartmouth, NS. We had 5 days to purchase, and Dawna made sure that happened. In our first day, we viewed over a dozen homes, and made an offer. Dawna’s expertise on negotiating was key for us, as this would be our first purchase. Her calmness, and knowledge of the market was very reassuring, and after a couple rounds of offers, we had secured our first home! The experience that was had in our first transaction with Dawna, made it an easy choice when selecting a selling realtor 5 years later. From start to finish, very professional, knowledgeable and calm. Our first meeting consisted of pricing, looking at other homes in the same price range and the marketing strategies she would use in selling our home. In under the average listing days for our area, our home was sold. We continue to recommend Dawna to those that are moving to Nova Scotia, and hope for a move back in retirement where we will find our forever home!
