Even through all the unknowns the covid brought and so many changes in everyday life David always made us feel at ease every step of the process. He answered all our calls and always had the answers to our many questions. I would highly recommend him to family, friends and anyone who asks. We met David in August '19, we discussed our options as to the type of property we were interested in. He set up a web portal for us to view the local property market. David frequently adjusted his schedule to fit into our travelling arrangements. He checked the properties that we were interested in and advised us accordingly, about the possibilities and the pitfalls if any of the homes. David was very helpful pointing out the diversity of each area, once we decided on a property he made the necessary arrangements with the owners. He introduced us to a local solicitor, managed to get a lower price for the property of interest. Since we moved in he has been in contact offering us help and advice on the local services we may require. I would highly recommend Davids services to my family and friends.

David was very professional, listening to what we wanted, was flexible with his time has we were travelling from out of time. He has kept in touch with since we moved in to our new home and offered help if we need it. I would recommend David to all my family and friends.

I felt like I didn’t have anyone that was representing me. David was with me from the beginning to the very end.</p>
