David is an excellent agent. He assisted us patiently and faithfully in a lengthy search of properties, culminating in the choice of a perfect home which totally matched our expectations.

Not only did he coach us in how to present it, he convinced us to list at a higher price than I thought it’s value he sold the property well over ask and fully astonished me.
