In this crazy market, Dave took the time to walk through around 10 different houses with us, no questions asked. Though it was competitive and challenging, (all of the houses had multiple offers on them!) we managed to purchase the perfect house for our family. We are so thankful to have Dave!! Highly, highly recommend using him for either purchasing or selling your home.
