From day one of meeting Dave we felt that we had been given excellent advice. Dave and his team provide marketing that is cutting edge, relevant, and exceptional. While Dave was away on vacation he had team members who kept in touch and were always readily available to us. Sandro and Sean were both excellent and Dave kept in touch with us from his vacation destination. No question was ever too trivial. His entire team were there to continually guide us through the process. Dave helped advise us on how to best get our house "sale ready" and made a visit to guide us through the process. Dave does not make unreasonable promises about what he can get for your home. He is thoughtful, upfront, and knows his stuff. He does his due diligence! He asks questions to carefully gauge you expectations and to help you clarify your own hopes and expectations. On the day of our final sale we watched Dave in action and it was quite amazing to hear his advice, watch how professionally he treated everybody, and his negotiation skills were quite amazing to see in action. Our house sold for exactly the amount we had hoped and that Dave felt it was worth.
