Dave and his team were extremely well prepared for the sale of our house. They did their homework, priced the home appropriately, staged it beautifully, advertised to the right markets and got the place sold above asking in 5 days (in a very bad market). I couldn't have asked for a better team.

I was impressed by the full service - staging, photos, video walk-through with aerial drone, 3D walk-through, inspection report, floor plans, info via SMS, and digital signature, all at an attractive, upfront commission without negotiating. Dave was proactive, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

Dave helped me sell my condo for what I wanted in 1 week which is unheard of in my building and neighborhood.
